HappyHorse AI helps creators generate AI videos responsibly. Please use content you own or have permission to use, and label AI-generated media when required.

Use Content You Have Rights To

You must own or have permission to use any images, videos, voices, characters, brands, product assets, or other materials you upload to HappyHorse AI.

Do Not Impersonate People

Do not use HappyHorse AI to impersonate another person, create false endorsements, or make someone appear to say or do something they did not say or do without permission.

Label AI-Generated Content

When posting AI-generated or significantly edited media on platforms such as TikTok, use the required AI-generated content label or add a clear disclosure when required by law, platform rules, or advertising policies.

Commercial Use

You may use generated videos for commercial purposes only if your inputs and final use comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

Uploads Involving Likeness or Voice

Only upload another person's image, voice, video, or likeness if you have permission to use it. Do not use generated outputs for deception, unauthorized endorsement, harassment, or misleading political, financial, medical, or legal claims.
