This policy explains how refunds, failed generations, unused credits, and subscriptions are handled for HappyHorse AI.
New users may receive 10 free credits after sign-up. Free credits are promotional, have no cash value, and are not refundable or transferable.
If a generation fails because of a platform or provider error and no usable output is delivered, HappyHorse AI may automatically return the charged credits to your account or review the issue manually after you contact support.
If a generation completes but the output quality does not match your expectation, that usually does not qualify for a refund because AI outputs can vary. You can contact support if you believe the task failed technically.
Paid credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are used. Unused paid credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility when required by law, when a duplicate purchase occurred, or when a billing error is confirmed.
Credit pack validity follows the period shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Expired credits are not refundable unless required by law.
You may cancel a subscription from your account billing area or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or unless a billing error is confirmed.
Unused subscription credits do not automatically convert to cash refunds. If you believe there was a billing mistake, contact us with your account email and transaction details.
We may deny refunds when the purchase or generation activity is connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, rights violations, impersonation, prohibited content, or other misuse of the service.
