HappyHorse AI is an independent AI video workspace. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using our product, including prompts, uploads, reference assets, generated outputs, and account activity.

By using HappyHorse AI, you agree to follow this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What You May Use HappyHorse AI For

You may use HappyHorse AI for lawful creative, marketing, product, education, and internal workflow purposes, as long as your use does not violate this policy, applicable law, the rights of others, or third-party platform rules.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not use HappyHorse AI to create, request, upload, process, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or NSFW content
• Sexually suggestive content, including undressing, fetish content, explicit roleplay, or sexualized depictions of real people
• Content involving minors in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts
• Non-consensual intimate content, harassment, stalking, or sexual extortion
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, or glorification of serious harm
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or content targeting protected groups
• Illegal goods, illegal services, fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive impersonation
• Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or unauthorized use of third-party likenesses, brands, or private materials
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, filters, rate limits, or account restrictions

AI-Specific Safety Rules

• NSFW and sexually explicit generation is not allowed.
• You may not use prompts or uploads to request "uncensored", "no filter", "18+", or similar prohibited output.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed for any images, footage, audio, brands, logos, or likenesses you upload.
• You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or sharing them.

Enforcement

We may review prompts, uploads, account activity, and generated outputs to protect the platform, our users, and third parties. We may block requests, remove content, suspend generation access, cancel subscriptions, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
